| Northern Forest Canoe Trail |
|
The Northern Forest Canoe Trail is a long-distance paddling trail connecting the major watersheds across the Adirondacks and Northern New England. In the 740-mile traverse across New York, Vermont, Quebec, New Hampshire, and Maine, the Trail links communities and wild places. The trail follows traditional east-west water routes used by Native Americans and early settlers in the Northern Forest Region.
In 2000 Donnie Mullen paddle the trail in his 16' Guide, and in 2008 William Hafford and Eileen McCue paddle the trail in their 18'6" Guide.

| Professional Maine Guides |
|
Maine guides have been using traditional wood and canvas canoes for over 100 years. White's guide models set the standard for safe, dependable, good looking, working canoes.
We are pleased that the wood canvas canoe is still being used by guides in Maine today. |
